Caster Testing

(1) Load-Bearing Test
Professional hydraulic loading equipment is used to simulate the maximum load-bearing condition of casters in actual use. The casters are fixed on the test platform, and the load is gradually increased to 1.5 times the rated load and maintained for 24 hours. During the test, high-precision displacement sensors are used to monitor the deformation of the casters to ensure that it is within the standard range. At the same time, the caster brackets, axles and other components are checked for damage or deformation to ensure that the casters are still reliable under long-term heavy loads.
(2) Wear Resistance Test
The casters are installed on a special wear test machine to simulate different ground conditions and driving paths. During the test, the speed, steering angle and load weight of the test machine are controlled to make the casters run continuously for a certain mileage under the set working conditions.
