The Impact Test simulates sudden shocks that casters may encounter during handling. We mount the caster vertically and release a 5kg weight from a height of 200mm to strike the wheel edge. After the test, no components may separate, and rolling, steering, and braking functions must remain fully intact, confirming its ability to withstand accidental impacts in daily use.
Electrical Resistance Test
The Electrical Resistance Test assesses the caster’s conductive or anti-static properties. Under a specified load, conductive casters must show a resistance value not exceeding 10⁴ ohms, while anti-static casters must maintain a resistance between 10⁵ and 10⁷ ohms.
