Testing Process

- Process Testing: A CCD vision inspection system is used during the stamping process to monitor the bracket’s dimensional accuracy in real time (error ≤ ±0.1mm); ultrasonic flaw detectors are used to inspect weld defects during welding, achieving a 100% pass rate;
- Assembly Testing: Bearing preload is controlled at 25-30 N·m and precisely adjusted using a torque wrench; the braking system undergoes dynamic testing to ensure a braking response time ≤ 0.3 seconds;
- Finished Product Inspection: Our casters undergo 120,000 fatigue cycles (120% rated load), 10 ultimate impact tests (50J impact energy), and high/low temperature environmental testing (2 hours each at -40℃ and 80℃, with no performance degradation).
- Factory Sampling Inspection: 3% of each batch is randomly selected for destructive testing to ensure a 100% batch pass rate.
