Installation Guidelines

Our high-quality drawer slides have been thoroughly tested in Australian conditions. Here are some friendly tips to help you with the installation:

1. Avoid Drilling Through Slide Holes: When marking where to drill, please make sure not to drill through the slide holes. Doing so can create metal filings that may get stuck in the tracks, leading to rough operation and possible failure.
2. Recommended Fasteners: Depending on the material you’re working with, we suggest using stainless steel flat head hex screws with NY-lock nuts or stainless steel rivets for a secure fit.
3. Prevent Rubbing: Ensure that there’s no rubbing between the fixing and the moving slides. This contact can cause the slides to fail prematurely.
4. Mounting Orientation: Our slides are designed for horizontal mounting, paired side by side. Please avoid mounting them vertically or in a flat position, as this will void the warranty.
