Swivel casters may look simple, their production requires meticulous attention to detail at every step. First, parameters are determined based on load capacity requirements and usage scenarios; the steel must be robust, and the wheel body material must meet standards and be free of impurities. Next, the parts are manufactured: the brackets are stamped or forged, then heat-treated for rust prevention, and the wheels are injection molded with precise temperature and pressure control to ensure accurate dimensions. Once the parts are ready, they are assembled; machine assembly of the bearings ensures greater stability. After assembly, the brakes and steering are tested to ensure smooth operation without jamming or wobbling. Then comes rigorous quality control, including basic weight and dimension checks, as well as tens of thousands of rolling, drop, and salt spray tests. Finally, they are individually packaged to prevent scratches, palletized in batches, and each batch is numbered, allowing for complete traceability of the entire process via barcode scanning.
